End of Times Thoughts

Today I’m at M’OISHI, Arabella Plaza, New Cairo, I decided to sit here instead of RAF for a different experience.

This is my first time sitting at M’OISHI. The branch has a modern casual European outdoor style. I just adore the outdoor terrace seating, it’s very calm, especially that also has the outdoor ubrellas I love, and the minimalist furniture and decorative planters makes it perfect for my principles.

M’OISHI is mainly specialized in Japanese dessert, and when Japan is mentioned I always remember to respect.. Yes, we have our belief differences and very importantly political differences on Palestine (Japan supports a two-state solution which I of course don’t accept), but in Islam, and also in life, one learns to respect goodness even if it’s from someone you are in disagreement with.

Japan is also the country where the atomic bomb were detonated by The United States at Hiroshima and Nagasaki, which was the only use of atomic bombings in armed conflicts. According to Wikipedia, the aerial bombings killed between 150,000 and 246,000 people, most of whom were civilians, and in a very short period of time, a real tragedy.

Consequently, also according to Wikipedia, Japan announced its surrender to the Allies on 15 August, six days after the bombing of Nagasaki.. And the Japanese government signed an instrument of surrender on 2 September, ending the war.”.

This makes us think for a while about what’s happening between Pakistan and India. Can this lead to a nuclear war? It’s very possible, the hatered between the two peoples seems very high, and tension entered a stage of actual military conflict between the two countries. For me, till now, I stand with Pakistan against India, for more than one important reason, but mainly because of what I learnt about of their occupation of Kashmir, general injustice towards Muslims from real extremist groups and even the government, and their stance on The Palestine case where they are in extreme support of Israel against the Palestinian resistance.

It has long been believed by so many Muslims that the earth will return to of its primitiveness in the end of time, mainly because the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad, may peace and blessings be upon him, mentioning knights, horses, and swords in the battles of the end of time. Another Hadith also mentions that Arabs will be few at the end time of the Dajjal/Anti-Christ, although now Arabs are estimated to be near 500 Milllion, noting that he, peace and blessings be upon him, said “few” when Muslims were probably at most 150,000, so “Few” of that number would be maximum 50,000? Sounds horrific, can all this be due to a nuclear war? It’s very probable, might also be climate change disasters, earthquakes, a comet hitting earth, Allah knows, maybe all of that together.

However, there still is the time of Allah’s Successor The Mahdi — خليفة الله المهدي, so even if Arabs will be few in the end time of The Dajjal then maybe that enormous loss of lives will be later after The Mahdi’s emergence and his prosperous rulership.

I ordered a cup of tea and a bottle of water, having bought the delicious most-affordable vanilla muffin from Mahmoud El Far’s bakery. And as I enjoyed these I discovered resources and tools for usage of AI in writing on my iPad.

So, from my experience M’OISHI, Arabella Plaza, New Cairo is much worth visiting. Insh’Allah it won’t be my last time.

Yesterday, I imported my 18-years old blog posts from Blogspot to my website, in my process of developing it, and, inshAllah, there will be more, so stay tuned.

That’s all for today. Dua’s for Pakistan, and for the Ummah.

Write to you later.

“From day to day, my journey, the long pilgrimage before me. From night to night, my journey, the stories that will never be again. No day, no night, no moment can hold me back from trying. One flag, one fall, one falter, I’ll find my day maybe Far and away. One day, one night, one moment, with a dream to believe in. One step, one fall, one falter, find a new world across a wide ocean. This way became my journey, this day brings together, far and away…”
